BLACKMARR AMPHITHEATER IMPROVEMENTS AT FULWOOD PARK

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Blackmarr Amphitheater Improvements at Fulwood Park will be received by the City of Tifton, at Tifton City Hall, 130 1st St E, Tifton, GA 31794, until 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 5, 2024, local time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.

The project scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the proposed Blackmarr Amphitheater Improvements at Fulwood Park as shown in the construction drawings.  Any contractor submitting a bid must be a licensed General Contractor or Light Commercial Contractor in the State of Georgia.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 11:00 am at 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, GA. 31793. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is encouraged but not required.

Bidding Documents: Copies of Bidding Documents for bidding purposes can be obtained from Watkins & Associates, L.L.C., 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Georgia 31793. Plan holders list, agenda, and bid results are available at www.watkinseng.com , Phone: (229) 388-8823, (Office of the Engineer) upon payment of $300.00 for each set (non-refundable).
