Bid Description:
HVAC equipment procurement and installation for a new gas fired steam boiler to service the existing steam heating equipment. The scope of work includes the decommission and removal of existing boiler and associated equipment, as well as the installation of new equipment.

ADD ALTERNATE #1: Add work necessary to remove existing steam heating in the gym and auditorium and provide new rooftop units, ductwork, controls and accessories in these spaces.
