REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF GENERAL
CONTRACTORS (RFPQ) for LEDUC JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL – NEW PARKING LOT AND
VESTIBULE RENOVATION
The Black Gold School Division is seeking proposals from invited General Contractors for construction services of a new parking lot and vestibule renovation in Leduc, Alberta
The parking lot is approximately ±3,200m² and requires demolition of the existing lot in
its entirety. The new parking lot provides a new design to meet code and provide
sufficient parking to accommodate staff, barrier free, and visitors. The vestibule
renovation is to update the staff entrance on the south portion of the existing school to
provide barrier free accessibility.
