Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove and replace an existing 8-inch diameter ductile iron discharge pipe, 3-inch pressure relief valve, flanges, bolts, and chemical feed quills within the chemical feed room at multiple production well sites as specified in this Request for Bids until 2:30 pm on November 12, 2025, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. This is an informal request for bids, and the bids received will not be made public until the contract is awarded.
Work is to be performed at the following ONWASA well sites:

Black Creek Well #12 – 160 Gregory Fork Road, Richlands, NC 28574

Black Creek Well #13 – 1156 Ramsey Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540

Mandatory site visits will be held starting at Black Creek Well 8 at 731 Firetower Road, Jacksonville, NC, 28540, on November 03, 2025, at 10:00 am to allow prospective bidders to physically inspect the work locations prior to submitting a bid. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory site visits at all the well sites shall have their bids rejected as non-responsive.
