The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor, equipment and materials for the PUCKETTS MILL ROAD (LILLY WAY TO HAMILTON MILL ROAD) Pedestrian Improvement Project for the Department of Transportation.
