| Description: | The Town of Fuquay-Varina is seeking sealed bids for the BL-0092 Alston Ridge Greenway Project. The project includes the construction of approximately 2,400 linear feet of 10-foot-wide greenway trail consisting of asphalt path and boardwalk sections. The trail will connect the existing Basil Creek Trail on the east side of NC-55 within the Alston Ridge Subdivision to the existing greenway segment of the Bass Lake Trail in Holly Springs to the north. Work includes grading, drainage, boardwalk construction, paving, signage, and pavement markings.
