Bituminous Trail Repairs & Replacements

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from experienced and qualified contractors to repair and replace approximately eight hundred linear feet (800’) of bituminous trails on Northview Drive, Bowie, Maryland. Complete specifications and bid documents may be obtained at no cost through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4871_Fy25_Bituminous_Trail_Repairsreplacements_Along_Northview_Drive . Registration to use Bid Locker is at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup and is free to all interested parties.

Electronic (pdf) bids will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4871_Fy25_Bituminous_Trail_Repairsreplacements_Along_Northview_Drive until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 12, 2025. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids.

Interested bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Public Works Administration Building located at 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715.  A site-visit will follow the meeting.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4871_Fy25_Bituminous_Trail_Repairsreplacements_Along_Northview_Drive prior to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 5, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Wednesday, May 7, 2025, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.

The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
