The Board of County Commissioners, Crow Wing County, Minnesota will receive sealed Bids until 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the office of the Crow Wing County Highway Department, 16589 County Road 142, Brainerd, Minnesota 56401 for County Project’s CP 018-200-155 & CP 018-300-056 for Bituminous Crack Sealing 1, maintenance on CSAH 1,

CSAH 3, CSAH 11, CSAH 15, CSAH 16, CSAH 30, CSAH 33, CSAH 56, CSAH 59, CR 107,

CR 109 CR 127, CR 128, CR 137 and First Assessment District Unorganized Township Roads

(FAD). Bids shall be submitted electronically through bidVAULT.

he Major Items are 3312 road stations for Crow Wing County. Clean & seal bituminous pavement cracks (no rout) shall be the method for these roads. In addition, 7 FAD Township road stations withrouting, clean & seal bituminous pavement cracks (rout), and 778 FAD road stations of clean & seal bituminous pavement cracks (no rout).

The cost to obtain a hard copy of the Plan and Proposal in the mail or at the highway department is $100 plus tax. Mail check, draft or money order, made payable to Crow Wing County, to the address of the highway department listed above.
