Bituminous Concrete and Related Materials 2026-112

In accordance with M.G.L. c30B, the City of Watertown is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide Bituminous Concrete and Related Materials. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors for a one year term with two one year options for renewal. Qualified contractors are requested to submit proposals in accordance with the Instructions within this Invitation for Bids (IFB).

This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). Bid Forms and Contract documents are available free online at Projectdog.com website at 12 PM on Wednesday April 15,2026. All plan holders must register or have an active online account on www.Projectdog.com to acquire documents, receive project notifications, and to submit bids electronically. Bid Deadline: Thursday May 7, 2026 11AM. Hand delivered bids will not be accepted.

Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project. The City of Watertown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as determined to be in the best interest of the City.
