Bituminous Concrete and / or Cold Patch

The Town of Winchendon will accept sealed bids for the following:

FY2026-8 – Bituminous Concrete & Cold Patch – The following contract is for the purchase of bituminous concrete products to be used outside of normal complete street paving projects as well as cold patch in the off plant season. Bidders must supply a list of all contracts of similar nature with municipalities or private companies for the past three (3) years including the name, address and phone number of the contact person. The Contract for supply of these materials shall be for one year, with the option to extend it no more than 2 additional years.  Bid packages are available from the Office of the DPW Office, 1 ^st Floor, and 109 Front St., Winchendon, MA. Or by emailing Patrick Wood, Director of Public Works

Sealed bids must be clearly marked with the Bid Number and Title. All bids must be received by the Office of the Town Manager, 109 Front Street, Dept. 4, Winchendon, Ma 01475 no later than Wednesday, Nov 5, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Purchase Contract will be subject to the provisions of the procurement act. M.G.L. Ch. 30, Sec. 13 as amended.
