Bishop James Mahoney School Boiler Replacements 2026
Synopsis:

Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, as represented by Corporate Services is requesting sealed Tenders for the replacement of the existing boilers and associated components at Bishop James Mahoney School. Tenders will be received electronically from Contractors until 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Friday, February 6, 2026. Tenders shall be emailed to LLLanglois@gscs.ca.

Bid Documents can be viewed on the Sasktenders Website.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond issued by a recognized bonding company in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender price.

The successful tenderer will be required to furnish a Performance Bond as well as a Labour and
Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount as
soon as the contract is signed. A Letter of Surety guaranteeing compliance must be included in
the tender.

The low or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Additional Information:

.1 The bidder shall attend a mandatory site visit to ascertain its location and
nature and the factors which might have a bearing on the work, and shall make all
investigations necessary for comprehension of the conditions affecting
prosecution of a contract, and shall compare the drawings and specifications with
the site conditions.

.2 The mandatory site meeting shall occur at 11:00 am on Friday, January 30, 2026.
Bidders shall meet in front of the Bishop James Mahoney main entrance, located
at 231 Primrose Drive in Saskatoon.

.3 No allowances will be made for failure to make these examinations and
investigations.
