SCOPE: Contractor shall purchase and install new equipment, construct new concrete pad, sidewalks, , landscaping, hardscapes, irrigation and electrical. Restore all areas, which may be damaged during construction. Note that work is further described in the contract documents listed in Project Volume I 00800 Supplemental General Conditions.
