Birch Stream Watershed-Based Plan Update

The City of Bangor requests proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to complete a Watershed Based Plan (WBP) for Birch Stream. This will include complete coordination of the development process to include: project management, pre-planning, Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Consultation, assessing existing water quality monitoring data, completing watershed assessments, stakeholder input and local ownership input, field investigations, Best Management Practice (BMP) identification and recommendation, and writing the plan
