Project Description: The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSA) depends on reliable suppliers of products and services to carry out our mission. UTHSA is currently nearing the end of its existing agreement for products and services as further described in Section Five (Scope of Work) and is conducting this RFP to establish a new contract with a supplier.
Products are routinely ordered by departments and staff through Jagger based punchout catalogs. The importance of online ordering has increased with the increase in telecommuting and UTHSA requires an increase in suppliers that offer this service.
University reserves the right, at its discretion, to enable Contractor’s catalog electronically within its eProcurement or purchasing systems, and Contractor agrees to reasonably support such enablement, including provision of catalog data and updates as requested.
No Guarantee of Volume. UTHSA does not solicit or guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of Services under this RFP or any contract or agreement resulting from this RFP.
Multi-Award. UTHSA reserves the right to multi-award this RFP.
