General Information:

Clark County Public Works is seeking contracted services to determine the feasibility of developing a new community-based public-private partnership (CBP3) bioretention maintenance program using a performance-based approach.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A pre-submittal meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, via Microsoft Teams. Proposers shall email Jeff Schnabel at Jeff.Schnabel@clark.wa.gov to request the meeting invite.
