This BVB is being advertised to conduct analytical laboratory testing services for the City of Houston Public Works, Houston Water and the Wastewater Regulatory Compliance Branch. The testing services will be for wastewater but may include infrequent testing of surface water, sludge and soil. The award will be for a three (3) year contract with two (2) one-year options to renew for a maximum (5) five-year contract term.
