Project Description: This project renovates the Biology Lab at HCC’s West Loop Campus, located at 5601 W. Loop South, Houston, Texas 77081 and will affect 1,595 sq. ft. of science laboratory classroom space. The project requires the contractor to provide selective demolition, installation of new laboratory casework, updated electrical and lighting systems, new underfloor plumbing infrastructure, and mechanical system modifications.
