The purpose of Amendment 1 to HR001123S0045, Biological Technologies, the Biological Technologies Office’s Office-Wide Broad Agency Announcement, is to introduce an accelerated award option, define the classified submissions process, announce the use of Special Notices (SNs) for targeted studies, and clarify the eligibility of Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs) and University-Affiliated Research Centers (UARCs).
