Project Description: The University of Texas at Austin (Owner) is soliciting proposals (Proposals) for the selection of a Construction Manager-at-Risk for Campus Construction (CC) RFP-CMR1551-250003 Biological Laboratories Building (BIO) Renovation (Project), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for the Project is $80,000,000.
