| Solicitation Document Description: | This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Biogas and Landfill Gas Utilization and Strategy Study, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables) and Part 2 the Agreement (the "Project"). |
| Specific Conditions for Procurement: | Provide a minimum of three (3) references for the purpose of evaluating the Supplier's experience and track record of success. Note that the City prefers references for past projects successfully completed or ongoing, within the last 5 years, of a similar size, scale and complexity and with similarity to the requirements of this RFP. For example, projects undertaken for a large municipality (population over 500,000) that was engaged in biogas and LFG utilization. |
