Project Description: Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is seeking proposals through a competitive process for the rehabilitation and restoration of biological foul air biofilters at the Perris Valley (PVRWRF) Facility to improve airflow distribution to ensure the systems remove foul air odors optimally. The requirements for the work are further described in Section II – Scope of Work and Technical Specifications.
