A.1 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and FAR Part 16 Types of Contracts as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government will evaluate quotations using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government.
2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25626Q0909.
3. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026) FAR Deviation APR 2026 (eff. 04/23/2026) VAAR DEVIATION MAY 2026 (eff. 05/12/2026) VAAM Alert 26-01 (eff. 10/01/2025) Acquisition Policy Flash 26-30 eff. 05/12/2026)
4. This requirement is un-restricted. The North American Industry Classification System number is 334516 with a size standard of 1000 EMP.
5. Place of Performance:
