Binocular Night Observation Device (BiNOD) effort (formerly Night Vision Device-Next (NVD-N)

The U.S Army Contracting Command (ACC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland is soliciting proposals for "BiNOD" to develop, produce, and test a low-cost solution for a helmet-mounted, low light level amplification, binocular night vision device.

This requirement is being solicited using full and open competition.

See attached solicitation W91CRB-25-R-007 for details and specific instructions.

2/15/2025: There was an issue with vewing Attachment 1 and 9. Those files have re-attached to this posting, and should be corrected. Contact the POCs if you experience any issues with opening any files.

2/25/205: Amendment 1 is posted with responses to initial questions, CLINs 0006 & 0007 deleted, and updates to Section J documents.

2/25/2025: Amendment 2 is posted and adds a change that was intended to be included in Amendment, but left out in error. This change includes additional information/instructions in Section L.

2/25/2025: Again an issue with opening the SOW revised 24Feb2025 should be resolved.

3/4/2025: Amendment 3 is posted with responses to additional questions, updates to Sections L & M, updates to Section J attachments (to include revised CDRL E001 and new CDRL B002), extends the porposal due date, and increases the quantity of CLIN 0016.
