Bingham High School - Track Replacement

Project Description: Jordan School District (JSD) is inviting qualified contractors (Contractors) to submit bids for the replacement and resurface of the running track at Bingham High School in South Jordan, Utah. The awarded Contractor will be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications and requirements of the bid documents.
Scope of Work:
Replace existing track surface with new synthetic track surface system including all accessories typically associated with track replacements as indicated in the project documents. As part of Additive Alternate #01, provide poured synthetic track surface system as indicated in the project documents. as indicated in the contract documents. Provide unit cost for remediation of track substrate.
This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
The Jordan School District Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of JSD.
