Description: Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase 2-Bins and Shelving onsite assembly of all shelving with a member of Stony Brook under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(A), which authorizes purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances. Interested parties should contact the Officer listed below to discuss this opportunity. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.
