Billings Landfill Gas (LFG) Phase 3 Expansion

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for construction of Billings Landfill Gas (LFG) Phase 3 Expansion, addressed to Daniel Osterhout, will be received at the Montana-Dakota Utilities Co, 555 S Cole Road, Boise, ID 83709 until 4:00 p.m., local time, on the April 18, 2025. Sealed bids shall be marked “Sealed Bid – Phase 3 LFG Expansion.” Any Bids received after the specified time will not be considered.

Bids will then be privately opened and read.

The Project contemplated consists of an expansion to the existing LFG System, including construction of LFG wells, headers, and subheaders, at the Billings Landfill.

The Work will be completed in all respects on or before August 31, 2025.

Any questions regarding the bidding documents should be directed to the above noted contact, Manaswy Gollamudi, by 4.00 pm on April 4th, 2025. Responses to all inquiries will be provided by April 11th, 2025.

Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Bidding Documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents.

Prior to submission of its Bid, Bidder shall be licensed and bonded in the state of Montana.

Bidders are not required to be prequalified by Owner to perform the type and size of Work contemplated herein.

In order to submit a Bid, Bidders shall comply with the requirements listed in the Bidding Documents.

Attendance at a prebid conference (site tour) to be held on April 11th, 2025 at 10.30am local time will be a mandatory requirement of submitting a Bid for this Project.
