Bill Design and Print Services

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed proposals from properly qualified, experienced, licensed and insured providers for bill design and printing services. The selected vendor will be responsible for securely receiving and processing billing data files, producing customer bills in full-color, duplex (two-sided) format, fold, insert, and seal bills into #10 window envelopes, presort and prepare for induction into the U.S. Postal Service (or applicable postal carrier) and providing the City with monthly reports. All services must be delivered in compliance with industry standards for data security, print production, and mail processing, and vendors must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering similar services for the City of Bentonville Utility Billing Department. The awarded Proposer will be required to sign a binding Contract with the City; the awarded Contract will be for a one (1) year term, renewable annually upon mutual written agreement via amendment for a maximum term not to exceed three (3)years. The City reserves the right to award a contract to one or multiple Proposers based on the City’s sole determination and in accordance with the City’s best interest.
