3 Timeline: Wo uld it be possible to grant an extension for the monument sign portion of the bid? The June 22nd deadline is quite tight, and is not achievable. The State's preferred completion date for the monument sign installation is July 22, 2026. If completing the full monument sign by that date is not feasible, the State will accept any portion of the line items that can be completed by July 22, 2026. A ceremony is scheduled for July 23, 2026, so any work that can be completed before that date is helpful.
