2026 Big Rock Hiking Trail Project

Project Description: Work of this Construction Contract includes construction of two separate segments of a hiking trail on public lands managed by the United States Forest Service in the Mueller Park area near the south end of Bountiful City, Utah. Schedule 1 is approximately 250 feet of trail with a significant amount of rock retaining and tread armoring. Schedule 2 is approximately 1.1 miles long and expected to have limited rock work. Both trail segments are to be Class 3 according to the US Forest Service Trail Classifications, built according to hiking parameters.

Each Schedule may be awarded by OWNER as separate contracts to different CONTRACTORS or as one single contract to one CONTRACTOR.
