Bid details can be obtained at the Logan County Judge-Executive’s Office located at 200 West 4 th Street, Russellville, KY 42276 or by calling (270)726-3116.

Bids must be hand delivered or mailed to: Logan County Judge-Executive, 200 West 4 th Street, Russellville, KY 42276 or Logan County Judge Executive, PO Box 365, Russellville, KY 42276; and, must be received by 9:00 A.M. on April 14, 2026. The Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may determine, based on all criteria that the best bid may not be the lowest bid.
