Bids for New Community Building

Section 00 11 16-Invitation for Bids
City of Tontitown Community Building
1. Sealed bids for the construction of a New Community Center for the City of
Tontitown, will be received at the City of Tontitown office, 235 E. Henri De Tonti Blvd.
Tontitown, AR 72762 until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday May 26, 2026. At that
time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Faxed and/or emailed bids will
not be accepted.
2. Bids will be based on a single lump sum contract.
3. Bidding documents may be examined at the office of Jackson Brown Palculict
Architects, Inc. Southern Reprographics, and F.W. Dodge in Little Rock, Arkansas.
4. Upon request, General Contractors will be furnished with a PDF of the bidding
documents from Southern Reprographics, General Contractors requiring additional
printed sets, and subcontractors may purchase bidding documents through
Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th, Little Rock, AR 72201, (501) 372-4011.
Purchased plans will not be refunded.
5. Bid security in the form of a bid bond (AIA Document A310), in an amount equal to
5% of the bid amount, and payable to the City of Tontitown will be required of
bidders.
6. Performance and Payment bond (AIA Document A312) equal to the amount of the
contract sum, will be required of the bidder awarded the contract.
