REQUEST FOR BIDS

Logan County Fiscal Court will accept sealed bids for treating the Red River, Whippoorwill Creek, Little Whippoorwill and Pleasant Grove Creek with Vetobac- Black Fly Treatment for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. A Category 5 Aquatic License is required with $1,000,000.00 health insurance liability. Sealed bids can be mailed or hand delivered to: Logan County Judge Executive, 200 W. 4th Street, Russellville, KY 42276; and must be received by 9:00 A.M. on April 14, 2026.The Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may determine, based on all criteria that the best bid may not be the lowest bid.
