This pricing sheet should reflect your total Base Bid Pricing for the construction of the Shooting Range &
Training Center for the Floyd County Police Department. You may attach a breakdown of the factors
used for the Base Bid Pricing but it is not required at this time. Alternate Pricing options are included
below for Floyd County to adjust base pricing if alternate is within budget and selected.

SCHEDULE OF ALTERNATES
A. Alternate No. 1
1) Base Bid: No ballistic blocks along shooting range back wall.
2) Alternate: Add 12" wide ballistic blocks along shooting range back wall to 8' high.

B. Alternate No. 2
1) Base Bid: No baffles installed. Trusses will be designed to carry future loads.
2) Alternate: Add baffles including installation as shown on reflected ceiling plan, detail
3/A.3.0 and section 1/A.5.0. Premanufactured baffle systems can be used with
Architect's prior written approval.

C. Alternate No. 3
1) Base Bid: No target retrieval system. Power will be run to the appropriate locateions as
shown. Trusses will be designed to car future loads.
2) Alternate: Add 8 target retrieval systems including installation.

2) Alternate: Provide and install 29 desks and tables

1) Base Bid: Paint Lecture Hall as shown on the finish schedule with one accent wall.
2) Alternate: Paint all Lecture Hall walls black PT7 with an 18" high PT^ stripe staring at
42" AAF.

Floyd County has a Net 30 Day term policy. Invoices/Application for Payments will be paid within 30
days of invoice/Application for Payment date. Please send all invoices/Application for payments to

Floyd County is exempt from all local, state, and federal taxes, and prices stipulated by the bidder are
considered maximum, and are not subject to any increase due to any taxes, shipping & handling charges,
or any other cause or reason.
