NOTICE TO SUBCONTRACTOR

BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUEST & PROJECT INFORMATION SESSION FOR THE

NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine Large Animal Hospital Expansion and Renovation –

Phase 1 Lab Renovation

Project Description:

DPR and BridgePoint have been selected as the CM at Risk for the North Carolina State University (NCSU) College of Veterinarian Medicine (CVM) Equine Hospital project. This project will consist of renovations to the existing NCSU CVM main building and construction of a new Equine Hospital addition. The new facilities will include in-patient and outpatient equine services, emergency services, orthopedics, surgery, ICU, an isolation building, and an arena. The project will also include new research space and a Central Utility Plant expansion to support the new Hospital.


Future Phases of the Overall Project will include:

  • Civil and Site Utilities
  • CUP Expansion
  • Large Animal Hospital Addition & Renovation

Bidding participation is by prequalification only.

Project Information Session:

A project information session will be held on December 3, 2024, floating from 4:00PM – 6:00PM at NC State University Admin III Building, Room 124. Please arrive anytime during the session to learn more about the project.

Prequalification Submission:

To receive a Prequalification Form, please contact Jenny Williams JennyW@dpr.com . Completed and signed Prequalification package are due no later than December 18 at 5:00PM. Submit prequalification to Jenny Williams JennyW@dpr.com . Note that all trade contractors must also be prequalified with DPR to be awarded project work.

Note: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BID, HOWEVER, ONLY SUBCONTRACTORS WHO HAVE COMPLETED A PREQUALIFICATION PACKAGE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR BID ON THIS PROJECT. If you are unsure of your DPR Prequalification status, please contact Jenny Williams JennyW@dpr.com .
