The Project includes but is not limited to the following Work:

Development and installation of ADA compliant switchback ramp and wheelchair lift
Development and installation of wooden and concrete boardwalk sections
Development and installation of a black steel and a cast in place concrete staircases
Development of a concrete sidewalk
Pavement markings for crosswalks
Safety railings and fencing as needed for aforementioned structures
Soil Gradation
Deep excavation and excavation support
Repair of existing retaining wall
- Remove and reset existing granite blocks
- Creation of a cofferdam as required
Necessary erosion control measures
