BID#2025-0115 – Zoom License and Maintenance

Project Description: INVITATION TO BID:
Bucks County Community College (BCCC), 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940, invites the submission of sealed bids for BID#2025-0115 – Zoom License and Maintenance for one year. Bidding details are listed on page 3 and will be available free of charge via www.PennBid.net, Wednesday, January 22, 2025, 7:00 a.m., Prevailing Time.
Sealed bids must be received electronically via PennBid on or before 10:00 a.m., Prevailing Time, February 10, 2025. Bids received by any other means will not be considered.
If the College is closed for a snow emergency or any other reason on the scheduled bid opening date, bids will open on the first College business day after the closing.
The bidder shall comply in all respects with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Chapter 49, Title 16 of the Pennsylvania Code, and any other regulations promulgated hereunder.
Before submitting a bid, the bidder shall fully inform himself of all laws, ordinances, insurance, bonds, regulations, wage rates, and underwriter approval, if necessary.
Bucks County Community College reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive defects or irregularities.
