Water and Sewer Maintenance/Emergency 2026-2027

Bids are invited for work as follows as well as all related miscellaneous work: This contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials to perform Scheduled Maintenance on existing water and sanitary sewer systems as requested from time to time, under normal circumstances and Emergency Repairs on existing water and sanitary sewer systems, under emergency circumstances. Work will include, but is not limited to, replacing failing, damaged or substandard water and sewer services, water lines or sanitary sewer pipes, fire hydrants, rebuild manholes, make up new taps, and additional work necessary to complete this contract.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, April 8, at 10:00 AM in the Municipal Operations Training room located at 816 E Green Drive, High Point, NC 27260, (Come through the guard gate, go to the stop sign and make aft. The MOC training room is located at the top of the stairs of the Health and Safety office. Parking will be on your left). City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions, including MWBE requirements. All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based upon a full understanding of project specifications.
