Warren Holder Park Concrete Improvements
The intent of this invitation is to obtain proposals from qualified vendors for Warren Holder Park Concrete Improvements. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this RFP.
Proposals submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on February 11, 2026. Late submittals will not be considered nor returned. Electronic proposals are to be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.
Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
