Bid 05-080625 Ward 5MG Tank Rehab Project

The City of High Point, Public Services Department is seeking a qualified specialty contractor to rehabilitate a 5 MG prestressed concrete water storage tank located at the Ward Water Plant (121 N. Pendleton St., High Point, NC 27260). The tank was originally constructed in 1979 and renovated in 1996 (see attached record drawings). The most recent inspection of the tank was performed on March 11, 2025 (see attached photo log).

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Ward Water Plant located at 121 North Pendleton Street, High Point, NC 27260. City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions including MWBE requirements. All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based on a full understanding of project specifications.
