A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 10:00AM at the Wake Forest Town Hall Meeting Rooms A-B, 301 South Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587. All prospective bidders are required to attend.

Copies of the bid documents may be obtained by contacting the designer, Gensler. Requests for the bid documents should be made in written form by email, addressed to Ashley Cown (ashley_cown@gensler.com).

Requests for the bid documents must include:

• Company name

The contact list of other requests for the bid documents will not be provided by the designer prior to bid.

The Town of Wake Forest reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make the award as deemed in the best interest of the Town of Wake Forest.
