Bids will be opened in the City Council Chambers located at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama.

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder.

A 5% bid bond or cashier’s check must be submitted with all bids.
