Project Description: On behalf of Columbia County, Georgia, the property described below (Property) has been declared surplus, and pursuant to the rights granted in O.C.G.A. Section 32-74-4, we hereby offer the Property for sale. Sale shall be by sealed offers submitted to the undersigned, to be awarded to the individual or entity proposing the best overall offer, taking into consideration the offered price for the property.
