Bid - Story Mill Community Park Splash Pad Addendum

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman, Montana, is accepting sealed bids for:

The City of Bozeman will receive online electronic sealed Bids for Construction of the Story Mill Community Park Splash Pad until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on March 19, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud.

The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items:

Construction of a splash pad at Story Mill Community Park, 600 Bridger Drive, Bozeman, MT including installation of the water play features to be provided by owner; and furnishing and installing the concrete pad, finishes, piping, fittings, waterproofing, sealants & caulking, water service connection, sewer service connection, electrical connections shown on the drawings and as specified herein; and restoring site to pre-existing conditions and all related work incidental to construction.

For this project, bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN. A contractor may view the contract documents at no cost prior to becoming a Planholder.
