NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman, MT, is requesting separate sealed bids for:

STORY MILL COMMUNITY PARK
EAST PARKING LOT

Separate sealed Bids for Construction of the City of Bozeman Story Mill Community Park East Parking Lot will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall, 121 North Rouse Avenue, Suite 202, PO Box 1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771-1230 until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Thursday, February 20,2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud.

Project generally includes but is not limited to the following:

Construction of a 105-space parking lot including 2 access drives, stormwater retention, pathway connections, bioswale and sidewalk chases, landscaping, signage and striping as depicted in the approved Story Mill Park MOD application 24034.

Please write the name of the project on the front of the sealed bid.

There will be an optional prebid conference on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 3:30 P.M. at Stahly Engineering office located 851 Bridger Drive, Suite 1.

Bids must be received before 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2025. One original must be submitted – no faxed or electronic bids will be accepted. Bids will be opened and read following the close of bids.

CONTRACTOR and any of the CONTRACTOR’S subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI).
