Bid: State Street Parking Ramp Demolition

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, City of Binghamton, City Hall, 2 ^nd Floor, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York, 13901, until 10:30am on (See Addendum Below). Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 11:00am meeting for the following work:

The contract documents and plans may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Third Floor, Binghamton, New York, 13901. Copies may be obtained upon deposit of $50.00 (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday February 10, 2026 at 10am in the 3 ^rd Floor DPW conference room .

ADDENDUM: The new bid opening date for the State Street Parking Ramp Demolition is Wednesday, March 11, 2026. All forms and completed bid packages along with this signed addendum are due to the Board of Contract and Supply on the 2nd Floor of City Hall no later than 10:30am.
