State Street Parking Ramp DemolitionThe contract documents and plans may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Third Floor, Binghamton, New York, 13901. Copies may be obtained upon deposit of $50.00 (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday February 10, 2026 at 10am in the 3 rd Floor DPW conference room .
