The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to enter into a contract or purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide one ROAM Camera Cart with built-in PTZ camera and microphone.
We need the following features:
* VALT Enterprise Camera License
* ROAM Camera Cart with built-in PTZ camera and microphone for audio/video capture and a built-in speaker for talkback via the VALT software. Supports wired or wireless connectivity.
* Professional Services: Including Installation, system configuration, training and travel support.
* Project Management Services For VALT Deployment
* On Site Configuration Services of VALT Appliance(s) - Software & Axis Cameras
* On Site Training of VALT Software for users and administrators
* Travel Expenses
* Shipping and Logistics
Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This RFQ shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this RFQ. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this RFQ.
Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, Snow College will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids.
Snow College Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
