BID #25-60, Resurfacing of Various County Roads

The intent of this invitation is to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for cement stabilized reclaimed base, asphalt milling, and hot-mix asphalt placement on six (6) County roads (approximately 21 miles). This includes but is not limited to traffic control (including temporary striping), asphalt patching cement stabilized base reclamation (8¿ thick with the addition of Portland Cement), milling (2 inches), resurfacing, the placement and sanding of asphalt prime, building shoulders (including grassing) and striping placement of pavement marking. Bids will only be considered by those bidders and subcontractors currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. local time on April 16, 2025. Any late submittals will not be considered. Bids may be submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person to 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, Georgia 30253.
