BID SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
Bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy saved on USB Flash Drive on the required forms provided herein to and received by the City of St. Augustine by or before two o’clock (2:00 PM EST / EDST) on December 10, 2025.

PRE-BID MEETING
There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on November 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EDST at The City of St. Augustine Beach City Hall City Commission Room, 2200 A1A S, St. Augustine FL 32080.
