Separate, sealed bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the aforementioned project.

Bids will be received by the Coweta County Board of Commissioners, Coweta County Georgia, herein referred to as “Owner” and bid documents can be purchased at the Coweta County Public Works Office, 70 Selt Road, Newnan, Georgia until 10:45 a.m. (local time) on September 8, 2023. Bids must be received by 11:00 a.m. (local time) on September 8, 2023, at the Coweta County Administration Office, 22 East Broad Street, Newnan, Georgia. After such time on the same day, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Commission Chambers at 37 Perry Street, Newnan, Georgia. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Bids shall be clearly marked and sealed.

The major items of work consist of:

1. Grading Complete: Clearing and Grubbing, Grading
2. Traffic Control
3. Subgrade and Base Preparation to include Graded Aggregate Base
4. Asphalt Placement: Recycled Asphalt Concrete Superpave, 19MM, 12.5 MM
5. Drainage: Storm-drain pipes and storm drainage structures
6. Temporary and Permanent Erosion Control
7. Temporary and Permanent Traffic Control
8. Roadside Treatments: Ditching, Vegetation Establishment
